1. The Service

Seirah is a platform for creating and managing resumes and professional profiles, offering both free and paid services as presented within the platform.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for any activity under your account.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you add, and grant Seirah a limited license to process and display it only as needed to provide the service.

4. Intellectual Property

Seirah, its name and logo, the website and apps, and every template, theme, layout and design element we provide are owned by Seirah or licensed to it, and are protected by intellectual property law. Your paid or free plan gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the templates to produce and share your own resume and profile; it does not transfer ownership of any template or design. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense or republish a template, nor reproduce the platform or any substantial part of it, nor use automated means to extract our designs or content, without our written permission. Content you create yourself remains yours, as set out in "Your Content" above.

5. Acceptable Use

Using the service in any way that violates laws, infringes others' rights, or harms the platform or its users is prohibited.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plan prices and what each plan includes are shown in full before purchase. Prices are in Saudi Riyals and include value added tax where it applies. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Moyasar, separately from any app-store billing if you subscribe through an app store, and we never store your full card details. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the end of the current period; you can cancel at any time from your account, and cancelling stops the next renewal rather than ending the period you already paid for. You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of a first purchase or of a renewal, provided you have not used a paid-only feature during that period (for example an AI translation or a paid theme export); after that window, or once a paid-only feature has been used, refunds are at our discretion. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, normally within ten (10) business days. If you subscribed through an app store, its own refund process applies instead.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided as-is without express or implied warranties, and Seirah's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Account Suspension

Seirah may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms, and any relationship or claim arising out of them or out of your use of Seirah, are governed by the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction over any dispute that is not resolved under the section below. Nothing here removes any right you have under a mandatory consumer-protection law that applies where you live.

10. Dispute Resolution

If something goes wrong, contact us first: write to us with a description of the issue and we will try to resolve it directly within thirty (30) days. If we cannot, either of us may bring the matter before the competent Saudi courts or a competent consumer-dispute authority. We each remain free to seek urgent injunctive relief at any time.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the service means you accept the updated version.
